Job description

Role: Project Director with Cyber Security Type: Contract (6 Months) Location: London, UK Working Model: Hybrid (3 days per week in office) Payrate: £414 to £514 per day on Outside IR35 (if they have LTD company only) £414 to £514 per day on Inside IR35 via Umbrella The Mission Take single-point accountability for the end-to-end delivery of a high-visibility Cyber Security experiential project. Working alongside our creative partner, The Exchange, you will make their strategic and creative vision a physical reality-on time, on budget, and with visceral, immediate impact. Key Responsibilities • Programme Delivery: Own the master plan, timeline, budget, and quality standards across all workstreams. • Agency Coordination: Manage specialist external agencies across experiential production, PR, and digital deliverables. • Stakeholder Governance: Serve as the authoritative interface for senior stakeholders and the executive team. • Campaign Integration: Close the gap between physical event activations and digital/PR amplification. • Commercial Control: Rigorously manage purchase orders, challenge agency cost proposals, and mitigate financial risks. The Skills Required • 8+ years in senior programme management directing complex, multi-agency campaigns. • Proven expertise delivering large-scale live experiences or immersive activations. • Track record of integrating PR campaigns and digital experiences (landing pages, campaign sites). • Strong commercial background (direct budget ownership, supplier contracts, and cost control). • Demonstrated experience managing Director and C-suite level stakeholders.
