Project Manager – Design & Build Office Fit OutSalary: £65,000–£70,000 + Excellent Project-Based Commission Project Size: Commercial office fit out projects valued at £500k+ Location: London Bridge / Central London A leading London Design & Build fit out contractor is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their team, delivering a range of commercial office fit out projects across Central London. The company has an established reputation within the industry, with a turnover of £50–75m, and delivers high-quality office fit out projects for a range of leading clients. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects, work closely with experienced commercial and pre-construction teams, and develop within a growing business. Role Overview: • Manage multiple Design & Build office fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion. • Deliver commercial office projects typically valued at £500k+. • Based from the London Bridge office, with projects located across Central London. • Work collaboratively with commercial, design and pre-construction teams. • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout project delivery. • Take responsibility for programme, quality, cost control and successful completion. • Manage subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery. • Produce and maintain detailed project programmes. • Chair regular client and progress meetings.
