Project Manager

Project Manager Location: East Grinstead (Hybrid) Salary: £40,000 per annum + bonus & benefits Type: Full-Time, Permanent Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a successful and growing organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Project Manager with strong client management skills who enjoys delivering projects from start to finish while building long-term relationships with customers and contractors. The Role You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client projects, coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. • Managing multiple projects through the full lifecycle. • Building and maintaining strong client and contractor relationships. • Coordinating remedial works projects, including fire door works. • Arranging site visits, assessments, and contractor schedules. • Ensuring reports, documentation, and completion evidence are accurate and delivered on time. • Monitoring budgets, risks, issues, and project timelines. • Resolving client queries and supporting customer satisfaction. • Working collaboratively with the wider Operations team. You will have: • Proven experience managing multiple projects. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. • Experience within construction, engineering, consultancy, compliance, or a regulated environment (desirable). • Confidence managing client relationships and attending meetings. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or similar - desirable Package & Benefits • £40,000 salary (depending on experience) • Performance bonus plus £2k per year • Hybrid working after probation • 25 days holiday + bank holidays • Pension contribution • CPD training and development support • Professional membership fees covered • Career progression opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team with excellent opportunities for growth and development.
