The Role • Liaise with the internal design department to ensure schemes are produced in line with client briefs and specifications. • Procure and order plant, equipment, materials, and subcontract packages in line with project requirements. • Manage the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring work is completed to programme, quality, and health & safety standards. • Oversee financial management of projects, ensuring cost control and performance targets are achieved. The Person • Previous experience as a Project / Contracts Manager, ideally with retail, leisure, or commercial projects. • Technical knowledge of HVAC engineering processes.
