Project Manager - Education FF&E Location: Middlesbrough & Newcastle (Hybrid) Rate: £240 per day Duration: 6 weeks Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple Education FF&E refurbishment projects across Middlesbrough and Newcastle. This is a hybrid role, requiring some site visits but operating from the office in Stokely, Middlesborough with the remainder of your time focused on project coordination, planning, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities • Manage 4-5 refurbishment projects simultaneously. • Coordinate project delivery from start to finish. • Oversee refurbishment works including: • Washrooms • Classrooms • Sensory areas • Outdoor play areas • Liaise with contractors, clients, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. • Monitor progress and maintain project documentation. Essential Requirements • Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering refurbishment or fit-out projects. • Experience managing multiple live projects simultaneously. • Valid SMSTS certificate. • CSCS Black Card. • First Aid qualification. • Asbestos Awareness certification. • Strong organisational and communication skills.
