Project Safety Engineer

We're looking for two Project Safety Engineers to join a growing field operations team, supporting installation and maintenance projects across the UK. This is a hands-on role involving project coordination, site safety, stock management, quality inspections, and team support. Field-Based role Market Harborough or Kettering What's on Offer? • £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (pro rata) • 38.5 hours per week • Mon-Thu: 8:30am - 5:00pm • Fri: 8:30am - 3:30pm • 25 days holiday (pro rata) plus Christmas shutdown • Health Scheme from day one • Accommodation and stop-out allowance when working away • Ongoing training and development opportunities You'll Need: • CSCS Card & CITB Health & Safety Awareness • FLT Reach & Counterbalance licences • Full UK driving licence • Experience within warehouse, installation, impact protection or similar environments • Strong health & safety awareness and communication skills • A proactive, hands-on approach to site-based work The Role: • Support installation and maintenance projects on customer sites • Coordinate subcontractors and onsite activities • Carry out quality and safety inspections • Manage materials, tools and site stock • Complete project documentation and reporting • Travel across the UK, including overnight stays when required If you're a practical, safety-focused professional who enjoys working on site and being part of a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.
