Job description

BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Project Support Administrator for their client in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. This is a new role, to join a growing electrical engineering company. This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of projects by providing administrative support to Project Managers, engineers, and customers. You’ll have previous administration experience, ideally within engineering, construction or a project-based environment. Working at a fast pace being able to multi- task comes naturally to you because you are highly organised and have excellent communication skills. You are happy working in the office Monday to Friday, liaising with internal and external colleagues across the wider group. Key Responsibilities/requirements: • Supporting project planning, scheduling, and documentation. • Maintaining project records, reports, and databases. • Coordinating meetings where needed. • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. • Assisting with procurement, quotations, and project tracking. • Ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. • A proactive and positive approach to work.
