Job description

Property Administrator • Job Type: Permanent • Location: Office-based • Experience: Office Administration We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a busy and growing property management team. This opportunity would suit a highly organised individual with strong administrative capabilities, confidence using Word & Excel, and excellent keyboard skills. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. Previous experience within the property sector would be highly advantageous, particularly within property management administration, although candidates with a solid administrative background and willingness to learn will also be considered. Day-to-day duties of the role: • Answering the telephone and responding to emails to ensure effective communication within and outside the organisation. • Supporting other team members with various tasks to enhance team efficiency. • Assisting with specific property management administration tasks to maintain smooth operations. • Liaising with utility companies to manage property-related services. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records to ensure compliance and readiness for audits. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience in office administration, with at least 3 years in a similar role. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. • Excellent keyboard skills. • Highly organised and efficient with the ability to multitask. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience within the property industry, particularly in property management administration, is preferred but not essential.
