Your responsibilities will include: • Conducting market appraisals and property valuations • Winning new instructions and converting opportunities into listings • Providing expert pricing and marketing advice to vendors • Generating new business through prospecting and networking • Negotiating offers and supporting the sales process • Building long-term relationships with buyers and sellers • Working closely with the branch team to maximise results • Supporting the Branch Manager and helping drive branch performance • Keeping up to date with local market trends and competitor activity About You We're looking for someone who is: • Experienced within residential estate agency • Confident carrying out valuations and winning instructions • Commercially minded and target driven • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service • A strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and eager to succeed • Professional, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment • In possession of a full UK driving licence (essential) If you're looking to join a successful, supportive estate agency where your hard work is recognised and rewarded, we'd love to hear from you.
