This role offers a fast-paced environment, an exceptional support system, and a lucrative commission structure designed for high achievers. • Base Salary: £23,000 (with guaranteed earnings provided for the first 3 months to assist with your transition). • On-Target Earnings (OTE): A highly realistic £40,000+ per annum. The commission structure is completely uncapped, allowing your income to reflect your results. • Company Vehicle: Choose between a dedicated company car or a £2,500 annual car allowance. • Work-Life Balance: A 5-day flexible weekly schedule, which features an excellent rotation allowing you to enjoy every third Saturday completely off. • Premium Benefits: 33 days of paid holiday, an extra day off for your birthday, holiday commission, pension, life insurance, corporate rewards, and financial sponsorship for professional property qualifications. Key Responsibilities • Providing expert marketing advice to clients to secure the premium sale price for their properties. • Actively identifying new leads, generating business, and converting valuations into active listings. • Collaborating closely with the branch team to match buyers with their ideal properties. • Assisting with branch management duties, including leading motivational morning meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need years of estate agency experience, but must possess the drive to succeed.
