Property Litigation Paralegal Purpose Provide legal support to the Property Litigation team by assisting with case management, preparing legal documents, conducting research, and supporting the resolution of property disputes. Key Responsibilities • Assist with property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, possession claims, and boundary disputes. • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles. • Conduct legal research and manage case files. • Liaise with clients, courts, counsel, and other parties. • Support solicitors throughout the litigation process and ensure key deadlines are met. Skills & Experience • Law degree or equivalent. • Previous paralegal experience, ideally in property litigation or civil litigation. • Strong organisational, communication, and drafting skills. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.
