The Role You will advise on a varied caseload including: • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes • Development and construction-related property disputes • Easements, restrictive covenants and rights of way • Rights of light disputes • Boundary and land ownership disputes • Possession claims and other real estate litigation matters You will manage your own caseload while also assisting senior colleagues on larger, more complex disputes, gaining exposure to high-value and technically challenging work.
