Property Litigation Solicitor | 6+ PQE | Oxfordshire | £65,000–£80,000 DOE. Join a specialist Property Disputes team handling complex residential and commercial matters with genuine leadership and progression opportunities. To apply or to register your interest, please contact Gemma Jones on or email with your CV – JOB REF: THE ROLE: Acting for both residential and commercial clients, you will manage a varied caseload of complex property litigation matters including boundary and title disputes, adverse possession, easements and restrictive covenants, management company disputes, residential possession claims, business lease renewals, dilapidations, Rights of Light, co-ownership disputes, and a wide range of other contentious property matters. Alongside managing your own caseload, you will support the Head of Department, supervise and develop junior lawyers, contribute to business development initiatives, and help drive the continued growth of the practice. THE CANDIDATE: Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 6 years' PQE and substantial experience in property disputes. You will possess excellent technical ability, strong commercial awareness, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client service. The successful candidate will demonstrate experience of winning new work through business development activities, be confident supervising and mentoring junior colleagues and have the ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy practice.
