Job Ref: 4702 OVERVIEW: An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Property Litigation Solicitor to join a respected, award winning law firm and manage a varied caseload of contentious property matters on behalf of a diverse client base. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years' PQE and a proven track record in Property Litigation. You will advise on a broad range of disputes, including adverse possession, boundary disputes, rights of way, trespass and title issues, as well as landlord and tenant matters such as break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture, repossession, lease renewals and terminations, rent reviews, service charge disputes and tenant default. Working closely with highly regarded Partners, you will provide commercially focused legal advice, deliver an exceptional standard of client service and build lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload independently with a pragmatic and commercial approach.
