Property Management & Client Accounts Administrator Harlow | Office-Based (5 Days per Week) £30,000 Pro Rata (Negotiable) Are you an organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and strong financial administration skills? We are looking for a Property Management & Client Accounts Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team. This varied role combines property administration, client account management and financial administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a busy and diverse workload. The role is primarily offered on a part-time basis, working 9:30am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. This is a fully office-based position, with attendance required in the office 5 days per week. Candidates seeking full-time hours will also be considered, provided they meet the full skills and experience requirements of the role. Benefits 26 days annual leave, including Christmas shutdown and your birthday off Support towards gym membership Death in Service benefit – 5x annual salary Auto enrolment pension Parking on site Key Responsibilities • Organising property inspections and meetings • Taking meeting minutes and following up actions • Liaising with tenants, contractors and suppliers • Processing invoices and managing utility accounts • Raising invoices and allocating receipts • Completing bank reconciliations and client statements • Managing service charge accounts and budgets • Handling account queries and credit control • Providing administrative support to the Property Management and Accounts teams About You • Previous experience within property administration, client accounts, finance administration or a similar role would be desirable • Strong numerical and financial administration skills would be advantageous • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good written and spoken English • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Experience of property management, service charges, arrears management, tenant recharges or Qube software would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
