Property Management Team Leader • SE12 (OFFICE BASED) • Up to £40k basic DOE • Plus bonus/ commission • Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm We’re looking for an experienced Property Management professional to lead and inspire a high-performing team within one of the UK’s most recognised and fastest-growing property businesses. You’ll lead from the front- creating accountability, developing people and delivering a culture of high standards and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to shape initiatives, improve performance and support wider business objectives. Key Responsibilities of Property Management Team Leader Leadership & Team Development • Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 Property Managers • Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews • Build clear development plans and progression pathways • Create a culture of accountability, engagement and collaboration • Support recruitment, onboarding and retention initiatives • Manage performance and address underperformance constructively Operational Excellence • Oversee the 4 core pillars of Property Management: • Maintenance coordination • Property compliance • Review of third-party inspections/checkouts • Deposit negotiations and End of Tenancy management • Ensure service standards and KPIs are consistently achieved • Monitor workload distribution and portfolio health • Identify and implement process improvements Communication & Performance • Host daily team meetings to align priorities and maintain momentum • Deliver regular reporting and operational updates to senior leadership • Monitor KPIs, customer satisfaction and business performance • Conduct audits and ensure consistent standards across the branch Customer Experience • Act as the escalation point for complaints and complex cases • Build and maintain strong client relationships • Drive service improvements and customer retention • Promote a proactive and solutions-focused approach Strategic Contribution • Contribute to business planning and long-term operational goals • Support wider PM initiatives across the group • Share insight and recommendations to improve efficiency and experience What We’re Looking For in a Property Management Team Leader • Previous experience within Residential Property Management • Leadership experience managing or mentoring others • Strong understanding of compliance and operational processes • Commercial awareness and KPI management capability • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • A proactive mindset with a passion for developing people • Strong organisation and decision-making skills • Ability to drive change and improve performance What Success Looks Like You’ll thrive in this role if you: • Build an engaged and high-performing team • Deliver exceptional customer outcomes • Improve efficiency and service standards • Develop future leaders within Property Management • Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business If you're ready to lead a team, influence change and build your career in an award-winning environment as our Property Management Team Leader, we’d love to hear from you.
