Property Manager

Juice Recruitment is delighted to be working with a growing property development and management company based in Bath. They are seeking a confident and capable Property Manager to join their expanding team. We would love to hear from a self-motivated and driven individual with experience in lettings or property management, who is keen to continue developing their career. You will need your own vehicle for this role. On-site parking is available. DAY TO DAY: • Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 properties • Act as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords • Coordinate maintenance works and liaise with contractors • Handle deposit returns and negotiate end-of-tenancy issues • Conduct property check-outs and inspections • Ensure legal compliance and manage invoices and bills WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE: • Previous property management experience (student lettings experience is a plus) • Highly organised with excellent time management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to remain calm under pressure and take initiative • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential (mileage paid) AND IN RETURN: • Salary up to £32,000 (depending on experience) • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays • Performance-related bonus • Company pension scheme • Private medical insurance • Sick pay • Casual dress code and company events • Cycle to work scheme • Free on-site parking If you are ready to take the next step in your property career and join a supportive, forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you!
