Managing a well-maintained residential portfolio, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for both landlords and tenants while ensuring properties remain compliant, protected, and professionally managed.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitating tenants on moving in day and moving out procedures
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure all their needs are met in accordance with company SLAs
• Coordinating with contractors and developer aftercare teams regarding maintenance and/or repairs requirements
• Ensuring all properties meet current regulatory health and safety standards
• Working alongside the accounts team to and assist with arrears chasing
• Managing tenancy deposits, liaising with TDS and reposit
• When required, completing Section Notices, and other legislative documentation
• Utilities management and invoice handling when required (HIUs, energy, water, council, tax)
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 18 months experience in similar property management
• Previous experience working with all generalist Microsoft packages
• Exceptional service standards and communications essential
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
