Property Manager (Part-Time)Location: Walkden, Greater Manchester Hours: 25–30 hours per week (flexible) Salary: £30,000 per annum pro rata Are you an experienced Property Manager looking for a part-time opportunity with flexibility? We are looking to recruit a proactive and organised Property Manager to oversee a small residential property portfolio based in Walkden. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and established business where you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. The RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small residential property portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, compliant with current legislation and providing a first-class service to landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities • Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties. • Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors. • Coordinating maintenance and repairs from initial report through to completion. • Arranging routine property inspections and preparing reports. • Managing tenancy renewals and rent reviews. • Ensuring all statutory compliance requirements are met, including gas safety, EPCs, electrical safety and other regulatory obligations. • Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. • Liaising with contractors and obtaining quotations where required. • Managing check-ins, check-outs and deposit matters. • Maintaining accurate property records and updating the property management system. • Delivering a professional and efficient customer experience at all times. About YouThe successful candidate will have: • Previous experience in residential property management. • A sound understanding of current residential lettings legislation. • Excellent organisational and communication skills. • The ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively. • Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem solving. • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software. • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle would be advantageous.
