Property Manager

Whether you already have property management experience or come from a customer-focused background where you've successfully managed deadlines and built strong client relationships, we'd love to hear from you. The Role: • Carry out regular site inspections and monitor onsite works. • Take responsibility for all maintenance requirements. • Manage breaches of lease agreements. • Complete Section 20 Notices. • Prepare, agree and issue service charge budgets. • Build strong relationships with customers, contractors and stakeholders while delivering an exceptional level of service. What We're Looking For: • Previous property management experience is desirable, but not essential. • Experience in a customer-centric role with the ability to work to deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. • A confident, professional personality with a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. What's on Offer: • Salary from £27,500 (depending on relevant experience) • Car allowance of £3,600 per year. • Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. • The chance to develop a long-term career within a growing property business.
