You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle. The Role As a Property Manager, you will: • Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties • Handle maintenance enquiries from tenants via phone and email • Liaise with landlords, providing regular updates and professional advice • Coordinate contractors and arrange access for repairs, maintenance, and quotations • Ensure maintenance issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard • Manage property compliance, including gas safety, electrical inspections, EPCs, smoke alarms, and other statutory requirements • Maintain accurate records and update internal property management systems • Review property inspection reports, check-outs, and deposit releases • Support landlord payments and accounts administration where required Property Manager Requirements • Previous experience within residential lettings or property management • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload • Positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment • Confident using Microsoft Office and property management systems • Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? • Basic salary up to £28,000 • Hybrid working following successful probation • Ongoing training and professional development • Funding for industry qualifications and accreditations • Genuine career progression opportunities • Birthday off each year • Additional rewards and incentives based on length of service • Supportive and collaborative team environment Apply Today!
