Job description

Property Moving Assistant Location: Cardiff (Office Based) Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Bonus Hours: Monday to Friday working hours About OneDome OneDome is a UK-based housing and fintech technology platform building an AI-powered platform to simplify life’s biggest financial decisions — from buying a first home to building and protecting long-term wealth. The platform brings together property discovery, mortgage origination, legal and transaction services, insurance, and financial planning into a single, end-to-end digital experience. OneDome’s flagship HomeBuyer Service reimagines home ownership as a retail-style product, bundling everything required to purchase a home into one transparent, fixed-price offering. Beyond home purchases, the platform supports customers across the full lifecycle of home ownership and personal finance. OneDome operates at scale, working with a nationwide network of over 500 mortgage brokers and arranging approximately $1.4 billion in mortgage volume per month, positioning the company among the largest housing and mortgage platforms in the UK. The company is profitable and has been recognised for rapid, capital-efficient growth, including being ranked the 4th fastest-growing fintech and 17th fastest-growing technology company by the Deloitte Fast 50 in 2025, and the 6th fastest-growing tech company by the Sunday Times Tech 100 in 2026. Backed by Channel 4 Ventures and family offices across the UK, Saudi Arabia, the United States, and Australia, OneDome is building the next generation housing and fintech super-platform, replacing fragmented, manual processes with a modern, data-driven, AI-enabled consumer experience. The Role As a Property Moving Assistant, you'll become the central point of contact throughout the home moving journey, managing property transactions from offer agreed through to completion. Working closely with buyers, sellers, estate agents, mortgage advisers and conveyancers, you'll proactively manage every stage of the transaction, keeping all parties informed while identifying and resolving any issues that could delay completion. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll thrive if you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage a pipeline of property transactions from offer through to completion. • Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, estate agents, conveyancers, mortgage advisers and other key stakeholders. • Keep clients fully informed throughout their home-moving journey. • Proactively identify and resolve issues that could delay transactions. • Liaise with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems. • Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the process. • Promote and introduce customers to OneDome's HomeBuyer Service and other relevant products where appropriate. About You We're looking for someone who is: • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. • Able to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously. • A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proactive, resilient and solution-focused. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. • A real team player who enjoys building strong relationships. Experience We'd Love to See • Estate agency or sales progression experience. • Property, mortgage or conveyancing industry experience. • Customer service or account management experience. • Sales experience in a target-driven environment. • Experience managing multiple customer cases or projects. What We Offer • Competitive basic salary. • Performance-related bonus. • Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends. • The opportunity to be part of one of the UK's most innovative property technology businesses. If you're looking to join a business that's changing the home-moving industry and want to play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
