Pear Recruitment: Property Photographer Location: North London Salary: £30,000-£35,000 + Company Car Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm Are you a talented photographer with a keen eye for detail. Our client, a leading name in the property market, is seeking a full-time Property Photographer to join their team in North London. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a creative environment and are looking to progress their career in property Photography. The position offers a competitive basic salary, Additionally, you will be provided with a company car and equipment package, ensuring you have all the tools necessary to produce outstanding work. The ideal candidate will specialise in creating a range of marketing products. This includes capturing high-quality interior and exterior photographs that highlight the unique features of each property. You will also be experienced in producing detailed floor plans and recording engaging property videos. The Role • Meeting with clients (estate agents, homeowners, developers, or property managers) to understand their requirements. • Communicating professionally with clients and occupants to ensure a smooth photography session. • Planning and preparing the property by identifying the best angles, lighting, and key features to highlight. • Staging or advising on minor adjustments, such as decluttering, arranging furniture, and improving presentation before the shoot. • Taking professional photographs of interior and exterior spaces using appropriate camera equipment and lighting. • Editing and retouching images to enhance brightness, colour, sharpness, and overall quality while accurately representing the property. • Keeping up to date with photography techniques, editing software, and property marketing trends. About you: • Ideally you will come from a Property Photography background. • You will be degree qualified or have a strong photography work history. • Be ambitious, hardworking and have a friendly manner. • Excellent organisational and time management skills. • Have a proven track record of excellent customer service in fast-paced environments. • Be self-motivated, flexible and have a can-do attitude. • Highly proficient in spoken and written English • Enjoy working independently. • Have a full clean driving license for over a year.
