Property Surveyor – Central London Portfolio
Up to £53,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid Working
Are you an experienced Property Surveyor looking to manage some of London's most prestigious commercial assets?
Our client, one of the world's largest commercial real estate and property services firms, is seeking a talented Property Surveyor to join their highly regarded Property Management team. The Opportunity
Working within a high-performing property services team and reporting directly to the Director of Property Services, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class property management across multi-tenanted commercial assets in some of London's most sought-after locations.
This role can be based at their flagship buildings in Canary Wharf, Soho, or an exciting new development near Liverpool Street (Bishopsgate) due to come online shortly.
Key Responsibilities
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing landlord and tenant matters
• Lease management and administration
• Financial management and budget oversight
• Service charge preparation and administration
• Overseeing day-to-day property operations
• Managing contractors and ensuring compliance standards are met
• Providing leadership and support within the wider property management team
• Ensuring exceptional service delivery across a prestigious commercial portfolio
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A minimum of 3 years' Property Surveying experience
• Experience managing commercial properties within a London corporate environment
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent commercial awareness and organisational ability
• RICS qualification or working towards qualification (e.g. AssocRICS)
