The Role As a Residential Surveyor, you will: • Carry out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys across South London • Conduct RICS Level 3 Building Surveys (full training provided if required) • Complete Red Book Valuations • Produce accurate, professional reports in accordance with RICS standards • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the inspection and reporting process • Manage your own diary and workload efficiently Residential Surveyor Requirements • Minimum AssocRICS qualification • Experience carrying out RICS Level 2 Home Surveys • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Professional, organised and customer-focused approach • Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? • Basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000 • Bonus structure with OTE up to £70,000 • Remote / home-based working • Monday to Friday working hours • 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays • Car expenses • Healthcare package • Access to leading report writing software • Training and career progression, including support with Level 3 Surveys Apply Today!
