Company We are working with a well-established, high-performing financial services business that is looking to hire a Protection Insurance Specialist, due to strong lead flow and ongoing success across its mortgage division. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Protection Adviser / Protection Specialist seeking a steady flow of pre-qualified leads, strong earning potential, and the flexibility to work either from the Horsham office or in a hybrid or fully remote setup. The Role • Advising clients on a full range of protection products, including life cover, critical illness and income protection • Working from high-quality, pre-qualified leads provided by the business • Delivering a clear, compliant and customer-focused advice process • Managing your pipeline effectively from initial enquiry through to completion What’s on offer • A consistent flow of warm, qualified leads • Employed model with a basic salary of up to £35,000, plus commission: 25% on all provided leads and 50% on self-generated business • Highly attractive self-employed option offering 50% commission on supplied leads and 75% on self-generated business • Flexible working arrangements, including office-based, hybrid or fully remote • A supportive, well-structured environment focused on maximising conversion and earnings • Ongoing support, coaching and full compliance oversight About You • Minimum 12 months plus experience as a Protection Adviser with R05 qualifications desirable • Strong track record of converting leads into business • Professional, consultative approach with clients • Self-motivated and disciplined, particularly if working remotely For a confidential discussion around the role, including commission splits and earnings potential, please get in touch directly.
