Transaction Manager - Five-Day Week

The Role: Silcom Recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Transaction Manager to join a highly regarded client of ours, located in Horsham. This position provides an opportunity for the successful individual to be the first within the business to hold such a role, working closely with the Sales Manager to support a small team of four Sales Executives. Responsibilities of a Transaction Manager: Drive F&I performance across the sales department, maximising finance penetration and additional product sales. Support and coach the sales team to confidently present finance options, insurance products and value-added services. Work closely with the Sales Manager to monitor performance, identify opportunities and improve profitability. Structure finance proposals that meet customer needs while achieving commercial targets. Ensure all finance activity is fully compliant with FCA regulations and company procedures. Review deals, manage finance applications and liaise with lenders to secure suitable customer outcomes.
