Protection Advisor

Working closely with clients, you'll identify their protection needs, provide tailored recommendations and guide them through every stage of the advice process. What you'll be doing • Providing regulated protection advice tailored to each customer's needs. • Recommending suitable life, critical illness and income protection solutions. • Managing cases from initial enquiry through to completion. • Conducting fact-finds and assessing clients' protection requirements. • Researching products across a panel of leading insurers. • Building strong relationships with clients, lenders and providers. • Delivering excellent customer service while achieving sales and quality targets. • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring FCA compliance. What we're looking for • CAS status or a willingness to work towards achieving it. • Experience within protection, mortgages or financial services is desirable. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • A consultative approach with a genuine passion for helping customers. • Strong organisation and attention to detail. • Self-motivated with the drive to achieve individual and team targets.
