If you're an experienced Protection Advisor looking for quality referred business, outstanding earning potential and genuine home-working flexibility, this represents one of the strongest opportunities currently available within the UK protection market. Unlike many protection roles that rely heavily on self-generation or cold calling, every opportunity is referred directly by an established network of experienced Mortgage Advisors, allowing you to focus entirely on providing expert protection advice and maximising your earnings. The OpportunityWorking from home, you'll become part of a highly successful financial services business that has developed long-standing relationships with some of the UK's leading estate agency brands. You'll receive a continual flow of qualified protection referrals from approximately 20 experienced Whole-of-Market Mortgage Advisors, all of whom have already completed the mortgage advice process. This enables you to focus solely on recommending appropriate protection solutions and delivering outstanding customer service. An experienced Protection Advisor should comfortably write between 15 and 20 protection cases per month, banking approximately £15,000 in monthly protection business. What's on Offer? • Up to £35,000 Basic Salary • 20% commission on all business banked • Realistic OTE of £70,000+ • Uncapped commission structure • Fully remote working • Warm qualified referrals provided • No cold calling • No self-generated business required • Existing client opportunities • Full administration support • Full compliance support • Flexible diary management • Excellent work-life balance • Long-term career progression • Established national mortgage brokerage Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Protection Advisor, you'll: • Provide professional protection advice to mortgage clients. • Recommend suitable solutions including: • Life Insurance • Critical Illness Cover • Income Protection • Family Income Benefit • Relevant Life Cover • Mortgage Protection • Accident, Sickness & Unemployment Cover • Conduct detailed protection reviews. • Complete compliant fact-finds and suitability reports. • Build long-term relationships with clients. • Maximise every opportunity referred by Mortgage Advisors. • Manage your own diary effectively whilst working remotely. • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the advice process. • Achieve monthly banking and commission targets. About YouTo be considered, you'll ideally possess: • Previous experience as a Protection Advisor, Protection Broker or Protection Consultant. • Strong knowledge of Life Insurance, Critical Illness and Income Protection products. • Excellent communication and telephone-based sales skills. • Proven ability to build rapport with clients. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently. • Experience working towards sales and banking targets. • Professional and compliant approach to financial services. Whilst CeMAP 1 is not essential upon joining, successful applicants must be willing to achieve this qualification within six months of employment.
