Description • Lead integrated marketing campaigns to promote professional qualifications and support product launches. • Create and deliver engaging content across websites, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising channels. • Use customer insights, market research, and performance data to inform marketing strategy and decision-making. • Develop and optimise customer journeys to improve lead generation, engagement, and conversion rates. • Manage paid and organic social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience growth. • Build relationships with employers, training providers, and other external partners to support business development. • Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and provide reporting on key marketing metrics and ROI. • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality marketing projects on time and within budget.
