Qualified Social Worker, Children with Disabilities Team, Rochdale Council Pay rate to £35 per hour Vitalis are recruiting for experienced Social Worker to work in a Duty and Assessment Team in Rochdale Council. Rochdale Child With Disabilities Service are looking for a senior social worker. We need an enthusiastic and committed senior social worker to come and work with us! As a senior social worker, you will be vital in the service to support the social workers and advanced practitioner. You will be responsible for undertaking statutory assessments in accordance with the Children Act 1989 and the Care Act 2014. This includes identifying and assessing a child's needs, strengths, and risks, and developing person-centred care and support plans in partnership with children, families, and multidisciplinary professionals. You will manage the more complex case work alongside supporting lesser experienced social worker where needed. You will also have opportunity to deputise for the advanced practitioner.
