Quality Assurance Officer

This is primarily a home-based role, with regular travel across London (typically 1-2 site visits per week, depending on business needs) to carry out quality assurance reviews, compliance checks and operational analysis. Working closely with operational managers and senior leaders, you'll help ensure government-funded employment programmes consistently deliver high-quality, compliant services. You'll review performance, analyse data, identify opportunities for improvement and support operational teams to meet commissioner expectations while driving continuous improvement across the contract. This role requires previous experience in a Quality Assurance, Compliance or Continuous Improvement role within government-funded programmes. You'll have worked within Employability, Skills, Welfare to Work, Justice, Supported Employment, Health & Wellbeing, or another similar government-funded or commissioned service. You'll be confident analysing performance data, have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working with operational teams to improve quality and performance.
