£150k+ GBP Onsite WORKING Location: Central London, Greater London - United Kingdom Type: Permanent Quant Developer - Equities Location: London or Dubai Permanent Our client are a market leading hedge fund, with a global reach in relation to their clients and offices. They are on the lookout for a talented Quant Developer with exceptional skills in python programming, and solid experience on equities focused projects Responsibilities for an Equity Derivatives Quant: • Core Trading Engine Development: Build, maintain, and enhance the core trading engine to support optimal performance. • Systematic Trade Automations: Create and implement automated trading systems to improve efficiency and drive results. • Collaborative Innovation: Partner with traders, researchers, and developers to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions. Requirements for an Equity Derivatives Quant: • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field • Extensive knowledge surrounding equities asset class • At least 2 years experience within the financial services industry • Hands on experience with object orientated programming, using Python • Strong communication skills and confidence in working within a collaborative team environment.
