Reach Truck Driver

Driver Hire Southampton is currently recruiting for a Reach Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse team. This is an ongoing position with an immediate start available. Please note: This role is based within a temperature-controlled cold store environment operating at approximately -18°C. Full cold-weather PPE and protective clothing will be provided. (Expired Licence Holders Welcome - Refresher Training Available) Pay Rate: £13.75 - £15.85 per hour Key Responsibilities: • Operating a Reach Truck to move, load and unload stock safely throughout the warehouse • Picking and preparing orders accurately for dispatch. • Receiving inbound deliveries and storing goods in designated warehouse locations. • Carrying out stock movements and inventory checks. • Reporting damaged stock, shortages or discrepancies to management. • Re-stacking and organising pallets ready for storage or distribution. • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment. • Following all health and safety procedures and company policies. • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required Requirements: • Reach Truck Licence Required (Expired Licence Holders Welcome - Refresher Training Available) • Minimum 1 year's Reach Truck operating experience. • Previous MHE equipment experience. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently What We Offer: • Immediate start available. • Ongoing, full-time work. • Competitive pay rates of £13.75 - £15.85 per hour. • Weekly pay. • Long-term opportunity with a well-established operation.
