Real Estate Solicitor – Kidderminster
A highly respected regional law firm, recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience to join its successful and forward-thinking property team.

The Role
You will:
• Manage a broad caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Advise on transfers of equity, remortgages, new build transactions, shared ownership and Help to Buy matters where applicable
• Handle lease extensions and residential landlord and tenant matters as required
• Conduct title investigations, raise and respond to enquiries and prepare detailed reports on title
• Liaise with Clients, Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders and other Solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently
• Manage files from instruction through to post-completion with appropriate supervision and support
• Deliver outstanding client service while maintaining high technical and professional standards
Your Profile
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in residential real estate/property law
• Proven experience managing a busy residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactions and Land Registry requirements
• Strong drafting, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding client care and communication abilities
• Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities effectively
• A collaborative team player with a commercial and client-focused approach
