Good organisation, time management and attention to detail. Confident with EMIS and Microsoft Office, or quick to pick up new systems. A solid understanding of confidentiality, GDPR, equality, diversity and patient safety. A flexible, can-do attitude and a willingness to help wherever you're needed. DESIRABLE Previous experience as a GP receptionist or in primary care. Knowledge of telephone triage and practice appointment systems. Familiarity with hub-based administrative workflows. Knowledge of Learning Disability Annual Health Checks and reasonable adjustments.
