Your new company Hays education have been approached by a partnership primary school in the Standish area who are currently recruiting for a Reception Teaching job. The school is looking for someone to start in September on a full-time basis. There is no end date at the moment for this role, so it could be the full-year for the right candidate. This is a fantastic school with a great reputation in the area and the school are looking to appoint a friendly and hard-working EYFS teacher to join their strong and supportive staff network. Your new role This job role has September start, so the school are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running and commit to the role. You will be taking on full teaching responsibilities, which will include planning and delivering lessons. You will need to make these fun and engaging and ensure it suits the needs of the pupils. Class sizes are reasonable, and you should have experience of dealing with challenging behaviour. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in securing this position, you must hold Qualified Teacher Status. Experience in teaching EYFS/KS1, specifically reception, is preferred, but the school is open to KS1/2 experience. You need to be a good team player, have good time management and behaviour management skills. If you are not a qualified teacher, but have recent experience working with children, we may have other roles available for you. Upon application, we will contact you to discuss this further.
