Job description

This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive and friendly administration team in Psychological Services which is a service that has a strong focus on staff well-being. We are seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist/Clerical Assistant to provide an efficient, effective and quality reception/clerical support service and patient focused booking administration within Psychological Services. You should have good communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work under your own initiative and work well as part of a team. Good keyboard skills and an ability to prioritise work are also required. The duties of this post require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check. Therefore, please make sure you complete and submit your application at an early stage** As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
