Be the Friendly Face of a Specialist School Community We are looking for a professional, organised and welcoming School Receptionist to join a busy specialist education setting in Leeds. As the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience for everyone who enters the school. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent communication and administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Key Responsibilities • Managing the main reception area and welcoming visitors. • Answering and directing telephone calls and email enquiries. • Supporting day-to-day administrative operations. • Maintaining accurate records and databases. • Handling incoming and outgoing post. • Assisting with pupil attendance and general school administration. • Booking meetings, managing diaries and preparing documents. • Ensuring all visitors sign in and safeguarding procedures are followed. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: • Previous reception or administrative experience. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications. • The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively. • A professional, friendly and approachable manner. • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
