Receptionist/Office Manager Location Mayfair, London (Office-based, 5 days per week) The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional, polished and highly organised Receptionist/Office Manager to join a successful and growing organisation based in the heart of Mayfair. This Receptionist/Office Manager role is ideal for an individual with 2–3 years’ experience within a corporate, customer service or hospitality environment who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. As the face of the business, the Receptionist/Office Manager will create outstanding first impressions and provide a first-class experience for clients, visitors and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities As Receptionist/Office Manager, you will: • Meet and greet clients, ensuring a premium customer experience • Set up meeting rooms and manage room bookings • Support day-to-day office operations and administration • Build and maintain strong relationships with building management • Assist the Executive Assistant to the CEO and wider senior management team • Organise and manage quarterly staff social events • Take ownership of the annual social events budget • Develop creative ideas to enhance employee engagement and office culture About You To be successful in this Receptionist/Office Manager position, you will have: • A minimum of 2 years’ experience • Ideally a mix of corporate and hospitality experience • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • A confident and professional manner • Experience dealing with senior stakeholders and high-profile clients • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities • A creative flair and enthusiasm for organising events • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word What's on Offer • 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays • Private medical cover • Company pension scheme • Life assurance, income protection • Cycle to Work scheme • A collaborative and supportive team environment
