Recruitment Administrator
Location: Hybrid (office + remote working)
Duration: 6-month temporary contract
Pay Rate: £16.37 per hour
Overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our client's recruitment function on a 6-month temporary basis. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide end-to-end recruitment administration support across the full hiring lifecycle
• Coordinate job postings across internal and external platforms
• Screen applications and support shortlisting processes
• Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
• Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks
• Produce recruitment reports and provide data insights where required
• Ensure adherence to internal recruitment policies and employment legislation
Skills and Experience Required
• Proven experience working within a recruitment or HR administration role
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience with the Cornerstone recruitment system is highly desirable
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
