This role is full time 12m FTC position with hybrid working – you’ll be based in Newport, working in the office 2 days per week, with the rest from home. What you'll be doing: • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and Resourcing and HR teams, acting as a trusted partner. • Screen, interview and assess high volumes of candidates, providing quality shortlists and insights to hiring managers. • Manage multiple recruitment campaigns, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience. • Develop relationships with clients and collaborators to support long-term service delivery and business goals. • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and contribute to service improvements. • Use data and insights to support decision making and improve time to hire metrics. What you’ll bring: • Experience delivering recruitment services in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities. • Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment activity while maintaining quality outcomes. • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and building effective working relationships. • Strong analytical and organisational skills, using data to support recruitment decisions. • Ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your workload. • Experience working within a recruitment environment. It would be great if you had: • Experience using online Applicant Tracking Systems. • Experience recruiting within a UK Government environment. • Understanding of the Government Shared Services model.
