Job description

Recruitment Co-ordinator Our client, a specialist consultancy based in Newcastle upon Tyne, creates tailored technology solutions for the complex and demanding defence & finance sectors. As their organisation continues to grow in the region, they now seek to appoint a Recruitment Co-ordinator to assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment of their graduate/apprentice intake. Your specific responsibilities as Recruitment Co-ordinator will include: • Assisting in the design and delivery of talent attraction strategies • Working with select recruitment partners to deliver a consistent supply of quality candidates • Utilising an ATS to create and maintain talent pipelines • Arranging assessment centres, interviews and onboarding • Liaising with further and higher education providers regarding campus careers events • Building strong relationships with internal hiring managers • Managing programme schedules and maintaining relevant documentation As Recruitment Co-ordinator you will need: • A 2:1 degree from a top 25 UK university • At least 1 year’s experience in a Recruitment Co-ordinator role • The ability to balance multiple competing priorities • Great organisational skills • Well-honed written and verbal communication skills • An enquiring mind Rewards & benefits: • Salary: £30-35k • 25 days holiday + stats • 10% target bonus • Private healthcare • Pension • Prestigious city centre offices Please note: High levels of interest mean that we will only contact you if your application is shortlisted and this will happen within five working days.
