Job description

Recruitment Coordinator • Annual Salary: £30,578 • Location: Welwyn Garden City • Job Type: Full-time, 1-year Fixed Term Contract My client are seeking a proactive and organised Recruitment Coordinator to manage end-to-end recruitment activities within their People team at the head office in Welwyn Garden City. This pivotal role is responsible for attracting, sourcing and onboarding top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and play a key role in building our talent pipeline through both direct sourcing and external partnerships. Day-to-day of the role: • Manage and update job adverts across key platforms. • Source candidates and build talent pipelines. • Maintain ATS records and complete compliance checks (e.g., Right to Work). • Support onboarding and coordinate new starter administration. • Advise hiring managers and manage recruitment queries. • Partner with managers to meet hiring needs and timelines. • Build external partnerships and support recruitment events. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Previous experience in a recruitment or resourcing role. • Demonstrable knowledge of UK Right to Work legislation and pre-employment compliance. • Experience using job boards such as Indeed, Reed, Caterer, or similar platforms. • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels. • High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
