Recruitment Consultant - Social Care

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Social Care Team in Leeds on a fixed-term contract basis, covering maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly knowledgeable and supportive team specialising in Childrens Services recruitment. Working alongside recognised market experts, you will play a key role in supporting candidates, clients, and account managers, ensuring a high-quality recruitment service is delivered throughout the recruitment lifecycle. What youll be doing: * Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients. * Supporting recruitment activities across Childrens Social Care. * Liaising with account managers and internal stakeholders. * Working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and client portals (training provided where required). * Managing the candidate journey from registration through to placement. * Ensuring excellent levels of customer service and communication throughout. What were looking for: * Previous recruitment * Strong relationship-building and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive and organised approach to recruitment delivery. * Experience of VMS systems would be beneficial, although full training can be provided.
