Recruitment Consultant – Strategy & Management Consulting £35,000 – £50,000 + 30% commission on everything you bill. No threshold. No exceptions. A 360 billing role on a specialist desk placing Manager to Partner talent into MBB, Big 4, and elite boutiques across international markets. You will own the full cycle, from winning client relationships and securing mandates, to mapping the market and closing senior placements. The commercial proposition is straightforward: high-fee mandates, a 30% commission structure with no threshold, and a market where relationships and expertise command genuine value.
