Regional HR Business Partner Birmingham – travel across sites in the UK + remote working £55,000 + Car allowance A brilliant people and customer centric organization looking for a Regional HR Business partner to make things happen! I am working with an exciting business that is looking for a highly capable and resilient HR Business Partner reporting the Head of HR, this role is supporting large employee numbers. As the Regional HR Business Partner you will act as the HR lead for organisational change within the business including restructures, driving capability, Tupe transfers, implementing and driving change. The Role As the Regional HR Business Partner you will shape HR strategy with your stakeholders to support business objectives and challenges. This position involves working with senior management to achieve results and implement changes. This is a highly visible position that supports leaders across a number of sites based around the country. Regional HR Business Partner – Responsibilities: • Working closely the management teams to implement HR strategy and vision • You will act as the HR lead for managing organisational change, managing Tupe transfers, and culture change. • Manage and improve performance, help managers achieve objectives, manage absence, talent & succession • You will be instrumental in developing capability within the business. • You will be pro-active in identifying people issues and trends which affect business performance and results and work together with your key stakeholders to formulate and implement solutions. • Analyse and present data insights to inform decision-making • Manage complex high risk employee relations cases. • Build positive relationships with your managers and employee base to ensure they are pro-actively engaged with the company vision and strategy Regional HR Business Partner – Skills and Experience Required: • Experience of working Hospitality, Leisure, Retail, Care, Facilities Management – or a business that has large employee groups. • Have a natural style that helps build strong relationships and influence and engage at all levels from line managers to senior management • Your CV needs to outline initiatives around change, restructures, Performance and Reward and change management where you have been instrumental in delivering.
