The Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for developing and executing a regional sales strategy, winning quality new business, and leading a motivated sales team to achieve commercial targets. Key Responsibilities • Develop and deliver a regional sales strategy focused on profitable growth. • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. • Monitor performance against budgets and objectives, providing support and guidance where needed. • Support key customer visits, tenders, and business development opportunities. • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. • Drive team engagement, productivity, and retention. • Oversee credit control and debt management activities within the region. • Promote a collaborative, customer-focused culture across the business. About You You will be a proven sales leader with a track record of driving growth and developing successful teams. Requirements • Experience in a Regional Sales Manager or similar leadership role. • Strong people management, coaching, and team development skills. • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. • Commercially focused with experience managing budgets and performance targets. • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills. • Customer-focused, proactive, and results-driven approach. • Full UK driving licence.
