You'll lead by example, providing stability, guidance and encouragement while making sure the home is a place where children feel secure, respected and able to reach their potential.

What you’ll bring to the team as Registered Manager:
• Extensive experience in residential childcare
• Previous experience managing and supervising staff
• Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare
• A track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
You will receive:
• Salary of £49,268 - £56,768 with bonus potential up to £18,000
• Relocation support of up to £5,000
• 26 days’ annual leave, rising to 28 days after 4 years, plus birthday, wellbeing, volunteering and festive leave
