Registered Manager - Community Support ServiceLocation: London (with travel across local community services) Salary: Up to £68,000 per annum Hours: Full Time | Flexible to meet the needs of the service | Participation in an on-call rota Lead a Service That Changes LivesAre you an experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge? We're recruiting for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a growing community-based service supporting young adults with a range of complex needs. As the Registered Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day leadership of the service, ensuring it remains safe, compliant, financially sustainable and, most importantly, delivers exceptional outcomes for the people it supports. The role involves managing a CQC-regulated Personal Care service and requires strong operational leadership, regulatory knowledge and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care. The RoleAs Registered Manager you will: • Lead and develop a high-performing team, creating a positive and supportive culture. • Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain inspection readiness at all times. • Oversee quality assurance, safeguarding, risk management and continuous improvement. • Build strong relationships with families, commissioners, local authorities and healthcare professionals. • Manage staffing, recruitment, training and performance to ensure excellent service delivery. • Support the growth and development of the service while maintaining the highest standards of care. • Participate in the management on-call rota and provide leadership during operational issues. About YouWe're looking for someone who has: • Previous experience managing a CQC-regulated service, ideally as a Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy/Service Manager ready to step up. • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality assurance. • Experience supporting young adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or complex support requirements. • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Adult Care (or equivalent), or be working towards it with significant management experience. • Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills. • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across services.
